we have an extensive range of available shapes for your customized patisserie. From mini round sizes to individual portions and even large cakes (up to 24cm) fully covered with glaçage or just on the top. With the help of our watercut machine, we can also cut custom-sized square minis, individual tarts, or long bars, and even create special designs according to your preferences.
